EXERCISE not only helps you lose weight, it helps improve your Blood Pressure, lower your Cholesterol, and Triglycerides. Also helps you sleep.
Remember if you havent done much exercise , to start slow and dont over do it.
I walk and i go at the pace i feel like each day. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Exercise helps all parts of our body, from our Brain, to our feet. Now they are telling us to do more and more exercises for the brain to keep our brains healthy. One site said , just 1 cup of green tea a week will help our brains. I thought i had read it wrong and maybe it was 1 cup a day, but it was 1 cup a week. So go for 1 cup a day and we will be superior ( a little humor here). Take care all.
