I used to drink ice tea all day long every day - now it is water - I have 2 cups of hot tea every morn and one cup of hot tea after dinner.

Thanks Jen, good article, Tea is also suposse to be a diuretic , and when i ask my Dietitian about this she said yes its ok to drink tea, just dont overload. Go figure. My drinks are water and ice tea, coffee. I have cut down on the coffee.
I will have to watch my intake of ice tea. I do only drink Organic tea, i wonder if there is a difference. maybe not tea is tea i guess. emoticon

Im starting to take control of my life today. I will take care of me, love my self., be good to my self, I am strong, i can do this.
