Plan to eat healthy. If possible Big Batch cooking on the weekend or a day off is a life saver. freeze, pre-made foods, then on those busy days you dont feel like cooking , just go to the freezer. Do portion control with these meals. Cut up salads for the week or buy the pre pared ones,
Drink your water to keep your self Hydrated, we can so easily get dehydrated and not even know it. So please be careful.
Concentrate on your eating, not the to, or computer, while you eat.
If you eat out, remember to look for, items that are Grilled, Steamed, and or Baked
Keep healthy Munchies ready to eat, have celery carrot's,etc in the refrigerator. Or other Munchies separated into individual servings.
Season foods, like fresh veggies and fruits which are in now and coming in, can be frozen for later use.
