I am going to be working on slowly making SP a part of my life.
I have been on SP for over 4 years, but have not really allowed it to "take"
So my goals:
Read: The Spark
Move slowly thru the steps
Exercise 5 days per week
Watch what I am eating
Monitor (CLOSELY) my BS and get tighter control
Read: Medical condition library books and try to put
a working "program" together to deal with ALL of them
