Spring has definitely sprung. I would love to lose 10 pounds (at least) and get to working out more. My new roses have come in and will probably set them out maybe tomorrow. Have a project that I need to get finished before Thursday for design. Plan to work somemore in my yard sometime this week.

Spring has sprung - what are your goals for Spring 2012?
I am going to continue my journey to health - getting back on track with exercise every day and track it. Get my sleep back on track - I am in bed on time 11pm, but am unable to fall asleep within a reasonable time. I do not get up. But I am sick of being awake 2 hours later. I finished the I need sleep challenge months ago and did very well, I may have to go back to motivate me to stop fighting this and get it under control. On that note: the challenge for me - Don works midnights and when he is home on Friday and Saturday we compromise on our bed time so we can spend some time together and neither of us gets too far off track....... well that is not working for me right now.... grrr!
I have to get my dress for my son's wedding in May - I would like to lose 20 pounds. I have not really worked on losing - I have been maintaining - I really need to lose 40 pounds. But will take 20 off for the wedding.
