I love to garden as it moves most of your muscles in some ways that you may have forgotten you had them. In the spring, I hate staying inside on pretty days and doing nothing. Sometimes though you have to do something for yourself (relax) if you can.

What is your favorite type of exercise? And most dreaded?

I love strength training - I loath the treadmill. The treadmill was always my fav as it is so convenient. These days for my cardio I prefer to be outside in that sunshine!
