I really like riding my Harley for exercise, but now I have sold my Treadmill and
hope to get a Elliptical....which will be my fave in the house....anyway.

I like resistant bands too. but i love Curves. You get a little of every thing and its for women only and i like that.

Im starting to take control of my life today. I will take care of me, love my self., be good to my self, I am strong, i can do this.
My favorite piece of exercise equipment is resistant bands. I have used them for almost 15 years. I started using them in physical therapy to strengthen my damaged ankle. I have learned to use them in so many different ways to exercise. They are versatile and can be packed in any suitcase and not take up any room. I use Therabands in two different strengths - they are color coded per strength.
