My favorite piece of exercise equipment is resistant bands. I have used them for almost 15 years. I started using them in physical therapy to strengthen my damaged ankle. I have learned to use them in so many different ways to exercise. They are versatile and can be packed in any suitcase and not take up any room. I use Therabands in two different strengths - they are color coded per strength.
