Great article!!! I think all of us have at least on bad habit. One of mine is biting my fingernails when I get upset or nervous.

Here's an article published by NPR entitled, "Habits: How They Form And How To Break Them".

Here's an intro paragraph from the article:

"It turns out that every habit starts with a psychological pattern called a "habit loop," which is a three-part process. First, there's a cue, or trigger, that tells your brain to go into automatic mode and let a behavior unfold."

It's a discussion with the author of a book called, "The Power of Habit".
