I am on 3 BP meds. and my BP goes up and down but never below 150 something. cant seem to get it adjusted. Stress is a bad thing.


Im starting to take control of my life today. I will take care of me, love my self., be good to my self, I am strong, i can do this.

Interesting and thanks for posting Jean.....mine generally speaking, runs lower than
either of these guidelines, especially since I have lost weight.

However, I seem to have lost my downward momentum when David's mother had
her stroke and we were not home to keep my eating on schedule.....drat.
