My mileage goal is 15 for the week. I ran 21 last week but long runs were only six days apart.

I'm getting close to 1,005 for the year!!!! That's half my goal and the year is about half over. Yea!!!!!!

I got in 4+ and stretched all along the way. It's the best way I know of to workout the soreness. :) I'm not feeling any pain now! Yesterday I was sitting on and off and kept getting stiff. :( Now I'm good! So much fun!!!!!

yeah, you should take a couple of days off after a marathon...I see that the Nike Coach has a training program for a marathon...maybe I can use that to plan for a real one....

Mararthon done! Taking today off. I need 164 more this month to meet my goal. 12 a day should do it. Let's see if I can keep the pace. :) If I get a chance I'm running today, but for now I'm off to work. I like to run a few miles the day after a long run to work out the soreness.

Yes, it was helpful to me. I set another goal this month which I hope to make. It tells me how far I have to go, I like this. :)

New pr for the 5k. Mr.Roach the band teacher won with a time of 19:?? Go Mr.Roach!!!!!!!!! I had a really bad asthma attack and ran with it. I'm off to the doctor today at 3:45. can't shake the asthma. It's not bad enough for urgent care, just still flaring up whenever I run. Marathon Sunday. Pinnacle 5k today!!!! My kids will get to see me start before they have to go back to class. The 5th graders are handing out water, but the little kids are going back to class. The middle school and high school kids are running. Mr.Roach, the band teacher has won it the last 2 years with a time of 21 minutes!

First week, working on walking with a little running added in. I've done 8 miles so far since monday but nearly all of it walking. Today I plan on doing another 2 miles. Walking 5 min running 1 min just to begin with running. I was hoping to do 1215 miles this week. I'll have 10 after today. I think I should be able to get 15 by Sat.

I hadn't heard from you in a while and was planning on stopping by. Good to hear from you now. We have snow!!!! I did 12 yesterday. I seem to be fully recovered from my cold and marathon on sunday!!! My miles are a little low. I'm training for a marathon, which calls for overall less miles, but more longer runs. My son has had pink eye and I'm stuck at home! I've forced him to ride his bike when training called for miles, but can't bring myself to make him do the extra. :)

My weekly goal is 1820 miles. Last week wasnt a great week for me either but I'm hoping this one will be better.


My weekly goal for January is 3540k. Last week I was only able to do 21k (Friday  4k, Saturday  8.5k and Sunday  8.5k) and they were pretty crappy runs. Somehow my body just didn't want to run last week. Hopefully, I'll get my groove back this week.

I have a goal to run 5 miles a day. So I guess I will be running 35 miles a week I hope.


I am still 'junk' running. Not in any training program, just running for fun. So my goal for this week is 50 for a goal of 200 by the end of the month. So far:
