I'm gonna aim low this week...I'll say 200 minutes...

I only got 295 mins of cardio in this week....

I got in 340 mins last week...will aim for the same!

as of this morning I am at 196 minutes..with two more 60 min bootcamps to go!

I'm aiming for 270 minutes of running but I'll have to see how my body feels...if I'm not up to it, I'll decrease my cardio minutes and focus on strength training instead.

Ok..new week..I will make my goal 230 minutes including weight training.


My goal is 225 minutes of cardio and to lift 4 days this week. I also hope to run in a 5k race but if it's really cold I've decided I'm not running.


I will also do what I can. I am going to lift heavy tonight because I'll be working all day tomorrow. I don't have day care at the gym tomorrow night. (I like my evenings to be free with my kids.) So I get in some heavy lifting tonight and take a rest day tomorrow! :) After Thursday  CHRISTMAS BREAK Yea!!!!!!!

I am going to try to run 13 today. It's 10 degrees here! I am running the treadmill so wish me luck! :)

I'm at 190 so far...all from running. I'm taking a break from running tomorrow but still do cardio through one of Jillian Michaels' DVDs, then run again on Sunday.

My goal is set at 220 a week. I go over that usually, if I am logging everything in. I don't always log it all. Takes too much time. I usually just log my runs. You ladies are inspirational, makes me want to log it all!

I spin 2 1/2 hours per week. But I am forgoing my spin class today. I'll be running. I weight train 3 hours per week. I will be doing that! :)

Hmmmm....if cardio is considered anything that gets your heart rate up, then I'll be at 180 minutes due to my class/personal trainer....

What's your cardio goal for the week of 11/1/09 11/07/09? (Not just running minutes).
I'm hoping to be at 210. If I can do more I will. Weight training I usually do 45 minutes 4 days a week for 180 minutes. I'm not normally a goal setter so this is an experiment for me..lol. Join me if you like!
