I am really sick and tired of this persistent attack upon the left heel of my foot. I jogged 2.5 miles Saturday then walked 2.5 miles. On Sunday I walked 5 miles. All was ok until I went to get out of bed Monday morning. When I went to stand up the pain in my left heel was excruciating. I have been limping around since.

Last summer I was walking 5 to 10 miles per day. Somewhere along my journey this pain hit and has been with me since. Some days have been better than others but today was the worst. I have been to my doctor who said stretch it...yea right. I went to a Chiropractor who said it will take time and several adjustments...not to mention several dollars. Now I am just sick and tired of feeling this way.

I have worked hard to lose weight and am mad that this has happened. I am old but I don't want to accept that this is how "old" has to feel. I won't accept it. This Plantars Fasciitis has to be defeated. So if you know how to do this quickly let me know so I can get on with my life and my first 5k.
