We can wait till Tuesday to end the challenge. Be sure you get your weight posted then,tho, so we can have a starting point for April

I think a Spring Chicken challege will be fun. Most of us aren't that anymore but someone can win one to remind us of our progess.


If you want to post your losses before Tuesday that will be fine, too, but you can take advantage of the extra couple of days if you wish.

Hey, GORFLA don't you throw in the towel! You need to keep trying. Double check you Nutrition tracking that you are getting the right portions per serving. That is always a big problem when we try to "eye-ball" portion size.

Plus, try a different exercise. Maybe your body is stuck because it's not feeling challenged. I love to walk, but when I walk just on flat ground I don't really get my heart pumping and feel the challenge like I do when I walk hills.

Don't give up. Keep trying! You CAN do it!

I've been out of pocket most of the past week and am leaving town in the morning to go to Breckenridge, Colorado, and won't be home until after April 1. Am I nuts - trading 75 degree weather for below 20? I may have internet access there, but I'm not sure about scales. I don't do so well when I'm out of town so plan on using my last weigh-in unless you hear from me before the first. Good luck to all.

Wel, I'm still the same. This is the longest I've gone without losing weight and I'm ready to tear my hair out!! Hmmmm. I wonder how much hair weighs? Maybe I'll lose something if I tear it out..... OK, I'm not THAT desperate. Wait till next week to see if I'm bald or not.

Hi, everyone. I guess I'm out of the challenge for the little leprechaun. I committed to a friend that I wouldn't weigh the rest of this month. In April, though, I'll be back to weighing on Fridays and would like to be included in that challenge if there is one.

CW 167 again no loss. Seem to be really stuck here. Changed my exercise program and although I really hate it, have been consistent about writing down what I eat. Hope I find the problem and do better next week.

Boy! That is right TRISHCL!! When I carry my Westie he only weighs 17 pounds, and it becomes tough for any length of time... then I stop and think.. "Wow, I was carrying that around with me from sun up to sun down!!"
