I don't have them all yet but start with this. I can remember when my hips were 120 and I had to take two tape measures and pin them together. Or use a carpenters tape. Let alone weigh on frieght scales because the regular ones couldn't work for me.

Losing inches can be just as important as losing weight. Here is where you can post your measurements once a month and I will compile them on a spreadsheet so I can report back your losses for you.

Measure both the left and right sides of your body as most people are larger on one side than the other.

We will only post the measurements once/month and I will make a new topic each month for that.
