I usually weigh in every morning, it helps me keep on track. I go to WW and weigh once a week also, again helps keep me on track. It does not effect my mood, I usually know if its going to be up.

I used to weigh in every morning and every evening before bed. It did not affect my mood, just kept me on track. Now I usually weight in every morning just to see how much damage I am doing with my out of control appetite.
I weigh in just once a week and it doesn't set my mood as I know I'm doing everything I can. I do go by the tape measure.
