Ubiquinol costs more but is better absorbed so you take less in MG. CoQ10 costs less but you don't absord it as well so you have to take a higher MG. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the information.

I love it when science finds faster -better -cheaper ways to deliver the same or better message. It is as cool as when scientist learned that calcium citrate can reach the body faster than calcium carbonate. It requires three times as much calcium carbonate to get similar results; only1/3 of it is absorbed. The body loves it when extra vitamin “C” is handy to take in nutrients. You can see by the many products on the market. The special task gets extra “C” and the desired nutrient gets absorbed more thoroughly instead of lost out the other side.
I use CoQ-10 sparingly due to cost and other fillers commonly enclosed in each capsule my body does object to. Sam-I-am, I will try it, you will see.
CoQ-10 is fragile in nature and needs to be stored properly in a cool dry place never dropping in or rising in extreme temperatures. I read an article about buying at expensive prices when the nutrient is already lost as it sat on the pharmacy shelf and only the fillers are left to swallow.
The greatest love story is your own. If you miss out of life to the fullest; they win. You are the happiness master of your own mind. Thought is an active dynamic energy to harmonize and corrolate good. Clear all paths to love thru forgiveness. I may not recognize the significance until some time later. Is my resistance to change really that strong? Impatience does not provide the time to learn the lesson; Awaken new ways to approach the dissolving of a problem;

i bet my hubby should be taking this one. he has high blood pressure. i'll have him discuss these things with his new primary next week.
Ubiquinol and CoQ10 (coenzyme Q10) both come from the same family of heart-health-supporting natural health solutions. But though they’re related, they have characteristics that make them unique. Essentially, ubiquinol is CoQ10 refined to a point where it is more usable by the human body. Your body has to break down CoQ10—even the best CoQ10—before it can be utilized. In fact, over 90% of the CoQ10 stored in the body is in the form of ubiquinol. If you regularly buy CoQ10, consider trying ubiquinol for a month or two. Swanson Heath Products ubiquinol comes from the world's leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical-quality, bio-identical CoQ10—Kaneka Nutrients—and is produced using a biological fermentation process that achieves higher elevations of circulating CoQ10 in the bloodstream with just a fraction of the dose required compared to a regular CoQ10 supplement. It’s so good, even Peggy Fleming uses it!
