I did m Genie sits to. But I couldn't go as far back as the lady did in the video. I even did the Butt buster workout. Some of that exercise I could do but some of it was hard at times.

I just did my Jeanie sits.... harder than I thought..I feel good I started something on the second day in Sparks..
