Welcome to the 5 Minute Daily Challenge team! Here is information as to how the challenges currently work so you know where to go.
Currently, a beginner and an advanced exercise option are posted daily at the following thread: www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messagebo
The current schedule has been for the following body areas:
Tuesday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Upper Body
Friday: Lower Body
Saturday: Upper Body
If you are looking for a particular day's exercise, you may need to scroll back past successful completion posts.
There is also a weekly challenge at the following thread:www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messagebo
Each Monday, a new video is posted there for you to try. You have the whole week to do it and post your successes in that thread.
You can join the team goal for daily challenges to track streaks within your own account, and you can post that you met the daily goal in the Daily or Weekly Challenge threads as well if you wish. It's always great to see folks achieve their goals! Looking forward to lots of participation!
