To help you, here's a link to the thread - as the previous poster said, you can find each day's challenge by looking for a post (usually from me or the other leader DAWN352) that has a gold clock on it. Let us know if you are still having trouble!

On the team page, it's under challenges and tracking listed as daily challenge. Everyone responds on that thread also when they have completed the exercise. You have to scroll down. The post will have a small gold medallion on it to identify it's today's challenge.
