I, personally, track every day, but I only post once in awhile--until your query, it was like talking to myself. . .sometimes, posting helps to keep me motivated. Today, I did the dumbbell shrugs. Then 30 minutes of cardio. 8-)

Knorthover - This is an older (and I think inactive) challenge. I start at the main topic (5 Minute Daily Challenge), and go to the Challenges & Tracking forum, then to the How the Daily & Weekly Challenges Work topic. SandyMisa (Team Leader) has posted a list of daily activities. I then come back to this link (Daily Challenge), and read everything SandyMisa posted for this day of the week, and choose one of those activities to fulfill my Challenge. (For example, today is Thursday, so I look at everything she posted on all Thursdays, and pick one I think I'd like).
The one I like for today is the Seated Knee Lifts with Chair for abs! 8-)
