Weekly Challenge for December 15th - 21st

Drink 8 glasses of water a day at least 5 out of 7 days this week. I know its a busy time with the holidays, its important to stay hydrated. :)

Was lazy last night as I am finding it hard to work out after it gets dark and colder at 5:30pm. This time change is really working my nerves! So I need to get "on the ball" earlier in the day.

I didn't do this one yet, so I still have today and tomorrow - good. I think I will need both days.

I got knocked in the head with a steel pole, so I have a natural sun visor over my left eye now! So sitting down and exercising is the best thing I can probably do today! Not to mention I am happy to be sitting on my bum and getting exercise!

Just what I needed this week! A video I can sit and do! That means I won't be falling over and I won't be smacking myself in the head either!

And I always thought this was the "easy way out" video, but now that I have my leg out of a cast and my ankle partially healed I have a good reason to do this one. YAY! Will do it today instead of some of my ball workouts!
