I just saw this, and I would say I already do this everyday! Today's 30 min was a nap, as I got to bed VERY late. (due to a long distance phone call)

Can you make a commitment to yourself to do something 'Silly' just because it is FUN every day? It doesn't matter if it is an exercise, activity, or hobby. It doesn't have to be "Productive" or related to Weight Loss. It just has to be something that you do just because it makes you happy.
