This morning my SparkFriend LISANANCY wrote a Blog about how much she--and many of us--HATES Exercise. Then she asked "What does Exercise really Mean, anyway?" Her answer--and mine--is that it means staying alive, getting stronger bones, improving our attitudes, and breathing easier.
So, she decided to substitute the word "Investment" for "Exercise". We make daily INVESTMENTS in keeping ourselves healthy and happy.
What Investment will you make today?You might go for a walk, play a round of golf, go to the gym, go swimming or any number of other activitys.
Whatever you choose to do, remember that YOU are worth at least a 30 minute INVESTMENT every day. And if you are able, you may invest more.
After all, it is YOUR FUTURE and YOU are the ONLY one who CAN invest in it.
