Thank you both for the feedback! I scrolled back through my fitness log, and saw that I have been logging closer to 4000 calories burned per week, except when I am travelling for work, over the past 6 weeks. So, I upped my fitness setting to 3500 cal/wk (to be on the safe side), and my intake range adjusted to 1,450 - 1,800. We'll see how that goes, as I've been wanting more than 1800 daily lately anyway. I think I will also try drinking more than 8 cups of water daily too, to see if that helps.
Any other tips for "mind over matter" to control thoughts about eating too... of course, this is a big question. Can you suggest any other groups here that have tips for the mental aspects?
