I hit a wall on my speed training a while ago, so after my last half I decided to try the spin class at my gym. (My 13 year old needed to be at school early--about 30 minutes before class start, so that made it easy.)
Once I got through the first class, I figured that the spinning would be great training to improve stride turnover...and what do you know, today, I found my turnover faster and less fatiguing!
Who knew???
