Ok, this is pretty easy for me to answer cuz I'm used to having just a few weeks or less between races. I just finished #31 and have 4 more scheduled over a 5 week period starting Apr. 18.
Since you got in your 11 you are golden for long runs, now is taper time for your race on the 3rd. Do a 3/4/3 during the week with a 6 on the weekend, then 3/3/3 easy miles on M/T/Th, then do NOTHING on Friday. If you are feeling especially tired skip the Thursday run before your race. Do easy weights during this time, mainly upper body. Eat your extra carbs during the week before the race with the "carb load" dinner on Thursday night, NOT Friday. Then enjoy your race.
For the weeks between the two races do 3/4/4 the week after the race with an 8 mile long; then 3/4/3 with 6 long, and then taper the week before the race as above doing nothing on F/S. As above do easy upper body weights.
BTW, are you doing OKC? That's where I'll be on the 25th.
