OK, well I'm gonna give my ankle this last day to rest before I kick it off again tomorrow though it won't be shred.

I don't know why but level 3 for some reason is extremely boring to me. I'm sad I didn't get into the program the way I wanted too but it just didn't float my boat. Honestly, I don't really feel like I got anything out of shred. It may not even be the program at all, maybe it was just the wrong time for me to do this. I didn't really give it my all.

Congrats to all who stuck it out, no matter what the program we just have to keep going :) Keep on Keepin on!!!!!

Well I thought my ankle would be better by now. I haven't said anything but I think shred is what caused it. I did lay off a bit but the plank in level 3 sure isn't helping. A few more days, I can do it :)

Well, this challenge has proved to be quite a CHALLENGE for me! I don't know if the month was just very hectic with Thanksgiving and my son's 1st birthday or I just wasn't ready to commit. So today I am switching things up..I am going to work on a program that fits into my life. Working out daily just doesn't work right now for me with the baby. Kicking drills: 300 body roundhouse kicks, plus 3 reps each of 10 different combination drills.

Sparring: 2 1-minute rounds.

Namchucks: 15 one-handed techniques each performed twice, 12 two-handed techniques each performed twice.

Board breaking: four 1" boards broken.

Bruises earned: Too many to count LOL.
