This weekend I will stay on track with my eating. I am curling today and have derby tomorrow. I will also do my pushup, situp, squats challenge
Okay this thread is to help us out on those dreaded "free" days. During the weekend I want to encourage everyone to post as often as they can. Here is a list of good ideas on what to post.
1. Something good you just did for your health (drank that eight glass of water, got that 30 min of exercise in, didn't eat that baked good, etc.)
2. A really good quote you just found that the rest of us need to hear.
3. One reason that pops into your head that holds you back from slipping off the wagon (I don't want to be that pant size again, I want to see my childeren's children, I want to run a mile, etc.)
Then I will keep tabs on all the posts throughout the weekend, I will announce who won both here and on the daily chat thread, and I will provide a SparkGoodie to the winner.
Sound like a plan? Get ready for this weekend! (P.S. I will start the contest at 6pm spark time on Friday.)
