I did not respond b/c I am up and very bewildered about it. I now weigh 298.6, which means that I gained 4 pounds. I will keep posting though.

Well, after losing 24 lbs in Jan., I have only lost 5 lbs in the 2 weeks of Feb. Today I started walking and jogging though so I hope the weight loss starts up a little faster again. Still a week with any weight loss is still a nudge in the right direction with still yet another week of healthy eating habits working towards engrainment! Lost, by no means as much as you, but lost. I lost alot more weight at a time in the past but never kept up on a weight training plan as I have this time.

once again the weekend hammered my plans again!! Saturday was down to the brew ha ha with all those great calorie laden delights followed by a family get together on Sunday which always includes a buffettt with home cooked foods and desserts. Where are ya Cougar?? OK- end of week 1. Went to a high school get together Friday and had people over for appetizers and drinks. Over drinking caused extra calories aND LOW SELF CONTROL WHICH LED TO OVEREATING. Sat. I went to a 2 day poker party with loads of food and beverages. Football games Sunday had plenty of snacks as well. Now, enough of the whining because the first week was successful none the less.

January is going to bring us all a new game! It's called "Last One Out Wins"!! (LOOW)
The Gameplay:
This is a game where we start out as a group, weigh in, and work hard to stick to our programs to see consistent weight loss. Each week, we will weigh in and those that maintain or lose each week will continue on in the competition for another week. If any of us gain weight during the course of a week, we will take our seat in the cheering section! If you forget to post one week, you also get to join the cheering section. After a period of time we should eventually see the numbers dwindle (I hope not) until there is ONE PLAYER LEFT STANDING! This player will be the winner of LOOW Round 1!
SOoooo... let's get started by posting our starting weights by Friday, January 1st thru Monday, January 4th. The weigh-in day you choose will be YOUR weigh-in day every week.
I am up for any suggestions for a "Prize of Sorts." Although it must be within reason.
So, let's all have some fun and see who ends up being the Last One Out!!
PLEASE RESPOND TO ME BY SPARKMAIL IF YOU ARE INTERESTED
If we get a good response we will do this continually.
