My teens play hockey every couple weeks, and have gone sledding a couple times lately. I guess working for their dad provides strength exercises. lol
The rest of the year, they play pickup games of Ultimate, softball, or soccer, and ride their bikes. My younger ds joined football last year, so weigh room training at the school and football training got him lean last fall.
My dd is always moving, and loves ice skating, soccer and basketball. I'm sure I'll think of more. :)
