Hi everyone.... new here & glad to be here, actually it is my 2nd attempt ... but determined, so see how it goes...
About 2 months ago I finally went to the rhuematologist for my body wide pain.. sure enough, just as my sister said... fibromyalgia... SO OK..

Now my question is... what can I do to get relief when it acts up.. if I eat well and get adequate sleep.. no problem but at times that is not possible... for instance ....yesterday I worked 15 hr... the night before I slept 3 hrs, the night before that 4 hrs... and last night I got 5 hrs... (had to be in to work for 8 a.m.).. please don't tell me get more sleep.. I know that is why I am in pain today but what can I do about the pain now... today is awful... my whole body is on fire with the pain... I swear even my nails!!... I take aleeve and ibuprophene alternately during the day but not even touching it today...

any info or tips appreciated...

Life is meant to be lived....
How we live today influences our tomorrow....
