Now that I think about it TOM is right around now, so that could definatly be it! I will try the water and the apples and see if that has any effect. I will look into lowering my calories at meal times. Maybe I can get it all into 6 small meals instead. THanks so much!!
I don't know if this pertains to you or not, but I notice when "t.o.m." is in town I eat a lot more than I should, and I crave a lot of wierd things. I always end up going over my calorie limit a couple of days.
Another thing is trying eating foods with less calories, so you have room to eat more in a day. And, eat things with tons of fiber in them. Try an apple for a snack. It sounds strange, but that really fills me up. Or chug a full glass of water or two.

The last 2 days I have felt incredibly hungry. I have stayed within my calorie limits, and still have eaten decent sized meals and snacks. It seems that about 10 minutes after I eat, I am feeling really hungry. Does anyone know why and maybe know any ideas to help with that? It's making it really hard to stick to my calorie intake.
