Any runners in here? Anyone who looks longingly at those marathon posters and thinks 'I'll never do that'?
I could use a workout buddy and want to turn this thread into a C25K group. You don't have to be on the C25K plan, but working towards a running/working out goal.
Tonight is going to be Day 2 of the C25K program for me. This is a 3x a week 9 week program designed to get you off the couch and jogging a sustained 30 minutes by the end. It goes in spurts, starting off with Week 1 at:
5 min warm-up
20 minutes: alternating 60 seconds of jogging/90 seconds of walking
5 min cool-down
