Back in the day my sister lent me her slim in 6 videos. They were actually ok...though I didn't stick with them. I always had trouble making time to just put it in and do it.
My sister had the same problem...thus why she lent me the videos ;) Her solution was to scrap the workout videos and buy an exercise bike. Whenever she watches tv she has to ride the bike. No more couch potato! I would try it myself...if I had calbe :P

I seen one of the richard simmons videos but have neve tried it. I tried a billy banks video and I feel so akward doing it. I think I feel akward with all the cardio videos I have tried. I guess i wont feel as akward in time but Im not sure. Does anybody else feel just plain akward trying to follow along with the videos?
TRY ANY ONE OF THE RICHARD SIMMONS VIDEOS. THEY ARE FUN AND EASY TO LEARN BUT GIVE YOU A GREAT CARDIO WORKOUT. MY FAV IS THE FIRST SWEATIN TO THE OLDIES. THE MUSIC IS OUT DATED BUT STILL A LOT OF FUN. THEY ARE ALL OUT ON DVD NOW TOO. ALSO LESLIE SANSONE WALK AWAY THE POUNDS VIDEOS ARE GOOD TOO. ALL OF THESE ARE AVAILABLE ON AMAZON.COM. AS A SIDE NOTE, I TOO USED TO BE AFRAID OF THE GYM BUT I SUCKED IT UP AND WENT ONE DAY. ITS NOT AS BAD AS YOU THINK IT IS. I WEIGH 250 AND I GO TO MY LOCAL PLANET FITNESS. YOU THINK ITS WAY WORSE THAN IT ACTUALLY IS. PEOPLE LOOK AT YOU AND THINK GOOD FOR HER. GET A FRIEND TO GO WITH YOU THE FIRST TIME MOST GYMS LET YOU COME IN AND TRY IT OUT FOR A DAY. JUST A THOUGHT. Hi all, Im new to the team and new to spark in general. I am trying to decide on what type of cardio is best for me and I think I would like to do some cardio videos. I think following along from the privacy of my room would keep me going. I feel akward at the gym with people watching me struggle. Any ideas or advice on which videos actually work and what to avoid?
