I've had to stop the coffe all together because i was starting to take caffine induced panic attacks before christmas (not fun)
If you really need a pick me up with the caffine, you don't need to have coffee for it. I picked up some booster pouches from the chemist a couple of months ago, they contained 800mg Vitamin C, some probiotic, and zinc... wasn't after i had taken them for 2 or 3 days i realised they had caffine in them as well, but because of the probiotic & Zinc the body absorbs the vitamin c and caffine better which made it last all day so you theoretically only need 1 pouch (depending how sensitive your body is to caffine i guess).
will say I didn't get any of the "full/loated" coffe side effecs because it was in powder form. Hope that's of some help.
You just have to keep trying, one day at a time, I guess.
