I've had to stop the coffe all together because i was starting to take caffine induced panic attacks before christmas (not fun)

If you really need a pick me up with the caffine, you don't need to have coffee for it. I picked up some booster pouches from the chemist a couple of months ago, they contained 800mg Vitamin C, some probiotic, and zinc... wasn't after i had taken them for 2 or 3 days i realised they had caffine in them as well, but because of the probiotic & Zinc the body absorbs the vitamin c and caffine better which made it last all day so you theoretically only need 1 pouch (depending how sensitive your body is to caffine i guess).

will say I didn't get any of the "full/loated" coffe side effecs because it was in powder form. Hope that's of some help.

You just have to keep trying, one day at a time, I guess.

i try to do two on one off becuase i do mostly cardio i just started a strength training round yesterday. i just dont want to not do enough and not see results and let that get me off track

How often do you work out? Be sure you are taking at least one day off to give your body a rest, you may be working your body to much...Or working too hard...

aww i see...for a while i was drink one rock star a day and a cup of coffee.

then i started to exercise eat better and drink water and i didnt need the energry drinks anymore.

one thing i might add i work from 3pm to midnight and work out from 12:30 - 2 am then eat dinner and go to bed at 5am i still get 7+ hours of sleep.

im wondering can i be working out too much and it making me tired then the coffee just makes it worse?

Try eating an apple when you need an extra boost. The vitamins in an apple can help with the boost you get from the coffee. I suggested decaf because that's how I was able to weene(sp) myself off the coffee...

i try to drink water constantly...decaf would defeat the coffee purpose.

i even try to drink tea but sometimes i really need the good strong caffine to get through my day

Try dropping to decaf, also, be sure to drink a full glass of water before drinking your first cup of coffee. That alone may help a bit.

is anyone else having a problems with coffee? i stopped drinking it for a while as i was getting enough sleep. now due to the holiday i've been doing some overtime and gone back to my coffee. its usually just a black coffee with one cream or a no flavor latte with skim.

even one cup has caused my to feel bloated and uncomfortable. even after i use the bathroom im still full.
i was sure it was mother nature time until i checked the calender now i just have coffee to blame.

i still drink the same amt of water but i just feel huge and its making working out really hard i cant due situps or anything core because im a balloon. i need help!
