I'm not good at this but I do feel like loosing a pound here and there is its own reward.
"Rather train yourself for godliness; for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come" (1Timothy4:7-8)
"Jesus answered, 'The most important [commandment] is, 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength'" (Mark 12:29-30).

When I get under 200, my gift to myself is a hot new haircut!
Who am I? I am Momma Malfoy, Qira Darklighter of Tatooine, Dr. Watson, Elizabeth Darcy, Gemma in Narnia, Jillian/Jelly Bean in Wonderland, Lady Emera of Gondor, Ann-Marie the Teacher, Captain Ems on Pandora, Doc Holliday, Doctor Silver on the Enterprise, Damaris in Ancient Greece, and anyone else I want to be!
I would like to reward myself with a new outfit when I lose about 15 lbs. As long as it is at least a size or two smaller, I will.

I like the idea of having a money jar and rewarding yourself when you get to a certain amount of money.

I don't reward myself. I know that sounds bad but I don't because I have 3 kids and no money. But, I count my clothes getting looser as a reward :D It makes me feel good and keeps me motivated.
“Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.”
I have a goals list set up for myself for whe i lose 5 lbs i reward myself with something, so far its been nice :)
"When we are motivated by goals that have deep meaning, by dreams that need completion, by pure love that needs expressing, then we truly live life."
"This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever; in its place is something that you have left behind...let it be something good."

I'm rewarding my goal of 10% of body weight lost by doing family pics this week. Once I drop under 200, I get new clothes!

Just wanted to make sure that everyone is rewarding themselves for all of you hard work.
What I do to reward myself is I have a reward jar. And for every goal I meet I put money in the jar once I get to $50 I reward my self with something just for me.
Every day that I drink 64 oz of water I put in .50 Every week that I meet my exercise minutes i\I put in $1 Every pound that I lose for the week I put in $1 per pound. Every day that I eat 3-4 servings of freggies is .25
and so on.
It is a great way to motivate you if you have something waiting for you at the end.
