Okay, I joined this group months ago, and ahem, I been too busy to notice what you do here. So, I am going to start the challenge. This is Day One of Week One for me. It's late, I've had my meals for the day, although earlier, I did want to have a night snack but, it would have put me over my limit (by the way, this resisting is big for me). So, I started to do some house cleaning on my site which, led me here. Anyways, I think I was pretty mindful and appreciative of my food today, it was all so delicious and nutritious.
