An important element of Mindful Eating is nurturing compassion for yourself and for others. This week's challenge is a two-parter:
1. Eat your meals in an attitude of love and non-judgment. Take a moment before eating and fill your heart with thoughts of kindness towards your body. See each bite as nurturing, healing, and strengthening.
2. Choose some foods this week that are organic, vegetarian/vegan, ethically produced or locally grown. Give your support to the people and animals who contributed to this food.
