I've reduced my sugar intake drastically, especially after seeing/reading some of the articles about the possible connection with Alzheimer's.

On these hot days I've been enjoying sugar-free jello with fruit. It's pretty good and I can use sugar-free in any of my jello recipes. Cool and refreshing!emoticon

i like sweets especially in the afternoon, i plan a fruit snack (whole/dried fruit NOT juice) in the afternoon to help with that craving instead of candy. vitamins and fiber are better, and sometimes tastier, then a sugar rush with no nutrition added
