Thanks for the info. I really need to catch up on my book reading. I've had to pay $.25 overdue each week the past two weeks. I have 12 out now. Ever since I've increased time on SparkPeople and done more activities I've decreased my book reading time.
This is a book I finished reading about two weeks ago. I highly recommend it for help with bad eating patterns and habits. I have not overcome this yet, but my eyes were opened to a lot of things I need to work on and some coping skills to get me there.
