Let's do it! If you have been motivated lately, this challenge is NOT for you. But, you know who you are. If you have been on this team since Oct. and the weight loss ticker is not moving, or moving in the WRONG direction I challenge you to get up and do something about it! Even if it is just 10 minutes a day! Set yourself small daily achievable goals. AND also a small weekly and monthly goal. Don't forget to set the rewards to go with them! (NON food rewards please!)
