You can manually enter the workouts you get - I usually do it that way and like to record what the machines say.

There you go! I don't worry too much about the difference between what SP says the calories burned are and what the machines say, but I do use the lower figure when logging in my exercises. The important thing is how you feel -- and it sounds like doing your workout has given you more energy. Way to go! emoticon

Be sure to drink extra water because you're working out, in order to replenish your fluids and jumpstart your metabolism.

Hello I just thought that I would check in and let you all know how I did today. Well this morning I went shopping for my south beach meals and 100% wheat breat, then I came home and found my sauna suit and my belly belt I was sooo happy lol. so I put them on and I jumped on the treadmill for 32 min and burnt off 250 cals emoticon and I recorded it on sparks but it told me I burnt 224 but I am not going to let that stop me from looking good and feeling good. I am keeping track of my mph, fat, cals, and time 5 days a week in my work out book. When I started working out it took me 1 1/2 hours to burn 250 cals so I dont know if I am more shocked this time or happy lol. So that was my day and I have compleated part of my goal for the day...the last part will be watching what I eat and how much untill I go to bed
