I was 5 minutes short! I did a yoga video tonight since I didn't go to the gym. I feel really centered, so it was worth it even if I just missed my goal!

Thanks, SIGNMICKEY! It is these last 5 pounds that are the toughest to loose. The Oct challenge has helped though, I think. I am going to shoot for more minutes in November! See you on that challenge!

(I will deduct 20 min from the 60 min of walking the dogs to allow time for their "busines and enjoyment." The dog walks are 2 mph whereas my "alone" walking is 3 mph at the minimum.)
