Week 1 : 375 minutes = 1125 minutes to reach goal!

9/9 - 140min / Walk with my husband 7.28m
9/10 - 160 / 5.3m Walking / shopping (675 = 825 minutes more)

9/14 - 105min / Walking dvd + 1.41m extra

Week 2 : 405 minutes = 720 minutes to reach goal!
