I did that mile and then some stretching. Feel pretty good. I jogged the first 1/2 mile and walked most of it back until the end which I picked up the pace

awsome! I need a new workout challenge, since I've been getting kinda bored with my routine. I need to up my weights a bit, and push harder on my cardio. Lately I''ve been spliting up my cardio half hour before weights and the other half after. My new week starts monday, so my challenge next week is to up my cardio to a total of 90 minutes and increase my weights.

Good challenge. I challenge myself to a mile a day. Not just walking but jog. This is a big challenge to me. Right now putting my running shoes on is a challenge. You do your 45 min and I will do my 1 mile.
