A healthy weight lose is 1 to 2 pounds a week - but you do also have to eat enough track your foods and exercise and see where you are with calories in and calories out SP will give you a range to shoot for for your goal

Keep in mind that while you may not be losing large amounts in terms of pounds, are you losing inches? I know that the scale can be frustrating, which is why I tend to stay away from it sometimes. However, I know that my clothes are feeling a tad bit looser.....which means I know that I'm on the right track.
I do agree with Rhondalyn, though.....make sure you're not doing too much that it becomes counterproductive! Hang in there! Your hard work will pay off!
Yep. The reasons are many - 1 - you need to eat enough calories - too few is counterproductive. 2. Too much exercise can be counterproductive as well. It is all a balancing act. Don't give up. Input your info into SP and find out your calorie intake, track your food and drink your water. Best wishes!

I'm new here . it's possible to do 1 hour in the treadmill , 30 minutes in the stairmaster then do 30 minutes of crunches 4 days a week for 2 weeks and lose 2 pounds ???
