My goal is 2000 for Feb
2/1/12 = 115 weights. 2/2/12= 90 mins weights /30 mins cardio. 2/3/12 = 105 mins weight/15mins cardio. 2/4/12 = 60 mins walking 4 miles. 2/5/12 =40 mins walked 4 miles 2/6/12 = 120 weights this morning. 2/7/12 = 120 mins cardio today only!! 2/8/12 = 120 mins of weights only today. 2/9/12 = 120 mins cardio only. 2/10/12 = 120 mins of weights today. 2/11/12 = rest day. 2/12/12 = Rest day 2/13/12 = 120 mins of weights /cardio 2/14/12 = 70 mins of cardio mix . 2/15/12= 120mins of weights /cardio. 2/16/12 = 0 due to weather /and HIVES !! 2/17/12 = 105 mins of weights only. 2/18/12 = Rest day 2/19/12= off day 2/20/12 = 120 mins of weights /cardio 2/21/12 = 120 mins of weights only 2/22/12= 120 mins of weights/cardio 2/23/12 = 120 mins of weights. 2/24/12 = 107 mins of weights lowerbody 2/25/12 = 120 mins of cardio mix 2/26/12 = Rest day 2/27/12 =120 weights only upperbody 2/28/12 = 135 mins weights/cardio 2/29/12 = 120 mins of weights lowerbody workout.

I'm starting late this month but want to commit at least 90 minutes each day, that way if I do more one day and then have a rest day or something is going on where I can't put the full 90 minutes in, I'll be okay. Today is February 19, 2011 so 9 days left gives me a goal of 810 minutes. 2/19 - 40 Minutes Turbo Jam Sculpt 30 minutes Ultimate Ball 30 minutes Treadmill using incline 1.55 miles 20 minutes Airdyne bike 4.83 miles Total = 120 minutes Goal left 690 minutes left

So far:
2/01: 179 minutes (treadmill) 2/02: 121 minutes (treadmill) 2/03: 0 minutes (injured, will make this up over coming days) 2/04: 0 minutes (still injured) 2/05: 0 minutes (no longer injured, just a bum today :-) ) 2/06: 180 minutes (treadmill) 2/07: 150 minutes (treadmill) 2/08: 180 minutes (treadmill) ===================== Tot: 810 minutes .... 2550 to go.
