fittness mins for Feb:
2/1/12 = 115 mins of weights today
2/2/12 = 90mins weights followed by 30 mins elliptcal
2/3/12 = 105 mins weights/15mins cardio.
2/4/12 = 60mins walking 4miles @ park .
2/5/12 = Rest day

My January goal is 180 minutes.
Today I did 30 minutes so total right now is 76 minutes. I think I'm starting to get used to do combining strength and cardio in 1 workout, yay!
