Happy New Year everyone! And with that, we're starting off the year with a fun challenge! As the title says, jog, jump or jacks! So.... here is your choice of challenges -- pick whichever one you'd like to do, 1, 2 or all 3!
1. Jog in place for at least 15 minutes each day. It's Winter where I live and weather conditions aren't always the best for jogging outdoors--so we can always jog in place indoors, jog at the gym or outdoors. Whatever works the best for you!
2. Jump Rope for a set time. Again, whatever you feel is comfortable for you.
3. Do 25 Jumping Jacks! Get that heart pumping and that body moving and try to get in 25 jumping jacks a day.
