9/2 I DID 35 TREADMILL 5% INCLINE THEN 35 MINS ON STAIR MASTER AND 10 MINS RUNNING AND THEN DID 25 MINS TREADMILL @15% INCLINE AND THEN DID ST FOR 50 MINS TODAY.



To be strong and focused in all i do .
and never say never.
Also i can do anything through Christ our Lord and Savior Amen Thank you
JESUS!!
I also tell myself i will control the weight the weight doesn't control me!!

SEPT 1= I did 35 mins on stair master and 35 mins on treadmill @ 15 % incline and then another 35 mins on elliptical then finished off with 45 min ST TODAY:)

Hi, everyone! I'm new to the team and am so happy I found you! Have gotten accountable for my diet but have completely been slacking on my fitness. I'm an elliptical junkie, and I have a Wii Fit that I love but have neglected for over a month :-( (My vacation has thrown me off the path, and I've got to turn it around.) I love challenges like these and hope this one gets me back on track. Good luck to everyone, and thanks for the inspiration!

I don't know that I have a goal in mind; I think I'm going to try very hard to post activity at least every other day and see where that gets me (next month I'll move to numbers).
