We know that it is suggested that we get in at least 8 glasses of water a day, so let's use this as our tracker and an extra little reminder to do just that! Health and Happiness Everyone!
You can use this sort of tracking, if you'd like:

or the number of glasses you had on a certain day! However it is most comfortable for you to post!
